Very happy to be able to chat and collaborate with the talented artist and noisemaker on this 62 minute split. Our parts are quite different but complement well.

MB half made with synth, voice, pedals, Arturia, Reaper and an urban exploration field recording in an abandoned hotel in Štrbské Pleso, Slovakia, processed in Shotcut whilst making the video. Urbex 26.12.22 - Sounds formed from then until finished 27.6.23

Go As DeatH tracks on this album were constructed with cassette tapes looped on pedals layered with processed microphone feedback and contact mic feedback through effects pedals. Recorded to tape 11/13/2022 and 03/14/2023 with minimal post-editing.
All arrangements, mixing, and editing by John McVay.

"Go As DeatH is nihilistic Death Industrial/Harsh Noise from the US Southwest. A continual experimental exploration of sampling darkness and depravity from thrift store cassettes, Go As DeatH is the crab that forages the flotsam and detritus for scraps of nourishment and breaths of fresh air embedded in the muck.
