Four photos taken January 9th 2022 in Darkov, Karviná, Cz.

Two wall-based, ear splitting tracks weighing in at 40 minutes, on the theme of a largely abandoned industrial area close to my home town.

The train station is now unused and the surrounding area has quite a lot of abandoned buildings, land subsidence due to coal mining, eerie feelings and a ghost of industrial demise blanketing it.

It's a bleak but inspiring area!

Made July 23rd to September 17th 2022.
